How to communicate for 3D visualization

Skype (preferably), Viber can be used to perform 3D visualizations.

Email – only for the forwarding of materials.

The phone as a way of communication does not apply.

Messaging is made in the Skype or Viber group, which is necessarily included: customer representatives, visualizers, management team of the 3DVisio visualization studio.

All correspondence must take place through a group. Private messages are not allowed.

Working hours

The work is done on working days (not weekends and not holidays).

Monday to Thursday – from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Kiev time).

Friday – from 9 to 17 hours (Kiev time).

If the customer needs to perform work not during working hours, the cost of the order increases by 100%.

Setting tasks and forming a list of comments

The primary task is formed in the form of a technical task.

After receiving preliminary renders, performed, according to the technical task, the customer within 1-2 working days forms a list of comments and wishes for the work done.

After receiving a list of comments and wishes from the customer, the executor implements them within the deadlines for correction (usually it is 2-3 working days).

The usual cost of the order includes up to 3 iterations of comments from the customer.

Comments are not allowed to deviate significantly from the technical task. If the technical task changes radically, it is considered a new 3D visualization job and should be re-paid for as a new task. The new task is accepted only after a full calculation for the old tasks and after the prepayment.

If the customer needs to do more than 3 iterations, then the cost of the order increases by 30% for every 3 next servings of iterations (only for square payment cases).

Final renders take a considerable amount of time to render, as well as post-processing. Changes to the task after the final renders are not accepted. If the Customer has made changes after receiving the final renders and post-processing, such changes are made for 30% of the cost of the order (only for cases of payment per square).

Calculating the cost

The cost of the interior depends on the complexity of the work and the cost of time.

If the time spent on the interior exceeds the standard time spent on these works, then the payment for the worked hours (for cases of payment on the square) is taken.

Tasks are assigned 2-3 working days per room, starting from the date of receipt of the last list of comments or technical assignments (if there are no comments). If the customer needs an increased urgency of execution, then the cost of the order increases by 50%.

The running time may vary depending on the complexity of the work and the occurrence of modeling work.

Identify the performer

The head of the visualization studio (or the person delegated to it) determines who will work on the next order. The customer can agree to the performer or refuse to perform the work of the studio 3DVisio.

If the customer wants to choose a certain artist, different from the director of the visualization studio, he can do it by paying an additional 50% per order, as well as waiting for the release of the artist.

Work mode

All work is done remotely. If the customer wants to be present during the project, he is allocated a place in the office, next to the 3D visualizer and the cost of the project increases by 100%.

Publishing work in a portfolio

All works are published on the websites of the 3DVisio visualization studio and the K2 brand.

If the customer needs to keep the work from appearing in the portfolio, he can pay 50% of the order and the work will not be published there.

Object development

Copyright and property rights to the created objects in the studio belong to the studio. The studio has the right to publish and use objects in different works and resources.

If the Customer needs the exclusivity of the development of the object (i.e. except for him the object can not be used), the Customer pays 200% of the cost of the development of the object.

Getting source code

If the customer needs to obtain the source codes of materials and models used in the work, then he can get it by paying 50-300% of the cost of the order (determined by the complexity and number of models used) and more if the project is complex (the cost calculation is before the transfer of intellectual property, depending on the complexity of the object and the volume of transfer of rights).

Setting a technical task on 3D visualization

When forming a task 3D visualizer needs to specify the hardware and furniture that the customer wants to display in the project. Also, you need to provide textures and photos.

You need a drawing of the room – if you make a visualization of the interior and the drawing of the building – if the exterior is rendered.

Remember, the higher the quality of textures and materials – the higher the quality of visualization. If you want photographic quality 3D visualization, then try over the quality of primary materials!

The design may be different from the one presented, but comprehensive for visualization tasks.
